To connect the Bose Frames Tenor to your mobile device, follow these steps:
1. Power on the frames by pressing the button on the right temple until you hear "Ready to connect" or see the status light blink blue.
2. On your mobile device, enable the Bluetooth feature. This is usually found in the Settings menu.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device and select your frames from the device list. Look for the name you entered for your frames in the Bose Music app. If you didn't name your frames, the default name will appear.
4. Once selected, your mobile device will establish a Bluetooth connection with the frames.
Note: You can store up to eight devices in the frames' device list, but audio can only be played from one device at a time.
If you encounter any issues during the connection process, make sure your mobile device supports Bluetooth connections and that you have downloaded the Bose Music app. Additionally, ensure that your frames are powered on, charged, and within range of your mobile device. For further troubleshooting, refer to the user manual or contact Bose customer service.
