To connect the TASCAM DR-70D Linear PCM Recorder to your DSLR camera, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that both the recorder and the camera are powered off.
2. Locate the camera input on the recorder. It is labeled "CAMERA IN" and is located on the left side of the recorder.
3. Connect the supplied camera cable to the CAMERA IN jack on the recorder.
4. Connect the other end of the camera cable to the audio input of your DSLR camera. The specific connection method may vary depending on your camera model. Refer to your camera's manual for instructions on connecting an external audio source.
5. Power on both the recorder and the camera.
Once the connections are made and the devices are powered on, the audio recorded by the TASCAM DR-70D will be sent to your DSLR camera for synchronization with your video footage.
