Sure! Here are the step-by-step instructions for assembling the Doran DS5100 Digital Physician Scale:
1. Carefully remove the scale from the shipping carton. The Upper Tower, Lower Tower, and Scale Platform are connected by the Wire Harness and must be removed from the packaging together. Be careful not to put stress on the Wire Harness.
2. Insert the Lower Tower into the Scale Platform. Pull the Wire Harness from the top of the Lower Tower to prevent pinching the cable between the Lower Tower and the Scale Platform.
3. Hand tighten the Scale Platform Hand Nut to the threaded rod on the bottom of the Scale Platform.
4. Place the Upper Tower onto the Lower Tower. Be careful not to pinch the Wire Harness.
5. Hand tighten the Tower Hand Nut.
6. Slide the Height Rod Arm onto the Upper Height Rod and snap it into place. Make sure the tabs on the Upper Height Rod are completely seated into the Height Rod Arm slots. Do not force it into place.
7. Connect the Upper Height Rod and the Lower Height Rod and install the Height Rod xxxx and washer using a Phillips screwdriver.
8. Insert the Height Rod assembly into the opening at the top of the Indicator and Upper Tower.
9. Place the scale on a stable flat surface, ensuring that it rests evenly on all four feet.
10. Press the ZERO button to zero the scale.
