To activate the Lively Wearable Fitness Tracker with Exclusive Urgent Response, you can follow the steps below:
1. Download the GreatCall Link app: Install the GreatCall Link app on your Android 4.4+ smartphone. This app allows family caregivers to communicate and monitor the wearer's safety.
2. Pair the Lively Wearable with your smartphone: Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the GreatCall Link app. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the Lively Wearable with your smartphone.
3. Set up your Personal Profile: In the GreatCall Link app, create a Personal Profile for the wearer. This profile includes emergency contacts, doctors, and medical conditions. It helps the 5Star Agents assist you quickly and safely in urgent situations.
4. Test the Urgent Response button: Press the Urgent Response button on the Lively Wearable to initiate communication with a 5Star Medical Alert Agent. The agent will confirm your location, review your Personal Profile, evaluate your situation, and provide the necessary help. The agent will stay on the line with you until your situation is resolved.
