To pair your Global Teck Worldwide SYNC 20+ USB-A Bluetooth Speakerphone with your mobile device, follow these steps:
1. Power on your speakerphone by connecting the USB cable to a power source.
2. Press the Bluetooth button on the speakerphone for 2 seconds. You will hear "pairing" and the LED will flash a crossing blue pattern.
3. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device and set it to search for new devices.
4. Select "Poly Sync 20" from the list of available devices.
5. Pairing is successful when you hear "pairing successful" and the LED flashes blue.
Note: Make sure your speakerphone is powered on and in pairing mode before attempting to pair it with your mobile device.
