According to the NutriBullet GO User Guide, this appliance is not designed to be used on ice or frozen items. It is recommended to not use it on frozen fruits or vegetables. The NutriBullet GO is primarily intended for blending cool food or liquids intended for consumption. Using it to blend ice may damage the components of the blender.
