To connect the BESTISAN SK03 Soundbar to your TV, follow these steps:
1. Check the available audio outputs on your TV. The SK03 Soundbar offers an optical and 3.5mm AUX input for connecting to your TV.
2. If your TV has an optical output, use the included digital optical cable to connect the Soundbar's DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL) jack to the TV's OPTICAL OUT jack. Make sure the connectors are securely plugged in.
3. If your TV has a 3.5mm AUX output, use the included RCA to 3.5mm cable to connect the Soundbar's AUX IN jack to the TV's AUX OUT jack. Again, ensure the connections are tight.
4. Once the physical connections are made, turn on both the TV and the Soundbar.
5. On the Soundbar's remote control, press the "OPT" button to select the optical input or press the "AUX" button to select the AUX input, depending on the type of connection you made.
6. On your TV, navigate to the audio settings and select the appropriate audio output option. For optical connection, choose "PCM" as the audio output format.
7. Adjust the volume on the Soundbar using the volume buttons on the remote control. You should now hear the audio from your TV through the Soundbar.
If you're still not getting any sound, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure that the TV volume is not muted and is set to an audible level.
- Double-check the connections between the Soundbar and the TV, making sure they are secure and properly inserted.
- Try using a different audio cable to rule out any cable issues.
- Restart both the TV and the Soundbar by unplugging them from the power source for a few seconds and then plugging them back in.
