The DASH DMG8100AQ 8-Express Electric Round Griddle is not dishwasher safe. To clean the griddle, you should follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the griddle is unplugged and has cooled down completely before cleaning.
2. Use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe down the cooking surface and remove any food residue.
3. If there is stubborn residue or grease, you can use a mild dish soap and warm water to clean the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or metal utensils, as they can damage the non-stick cooking surface.
4. Rinse the griddle with clean water and wipe it dry with a soft cloth or towel.
5. Store the griddle in a clean and dry place until the next use.
