To set the time and alarms on the Sony All in One Compact AM/FM Dual Alarm Clock Radio, please follow the steps below:

1. Time Setting:
   - Press and hold the TIME SET button until the hour digits flash on the display.
   - Use the TUNING + or - buttons to adjust the hour.
   - Press the TIME SET button again to move to the minute digits.
   - Use the TUNING + or - buttons to adjust the minutes.
   - Press the TIME SET button once more to confirm and exit the time setting mode.

2. Alarm Setting:
   - To set Alarm 1, press and hold the ALARM SET A button until the hour digits flash on the display.
   - Use the TUNING + or - buttons to adjust the hour.
   - Press the ALARM SET A button again to move to the minute digits.
