To achieve optimal sound quality, it is recommended to position the Jamo S-83-CEN center speaker as close to the height of your ears as possible. Most installations will place the center channel speaker either below or above your flat-panel TV. It is important to center the speaker above or below the display rather than off-center. If the center channel speaker cannot be centered on the display, it is preferable to use no center channel speaker. Additionally, it is recommended to place the speaker flush with the front edge of any furniture to avoid lobing of the sound waves, which can reduce dynamics and clarity.
