To set the time on the Conair CRD500 Desktop Clock Radio, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Menu" button.
2. Use the tuning "+" or "-" buttons to navigate to the "TIME" option.
3. Press the "Select" button to enter the time setting mode.
4. Use the tuning "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the hour.
