Yes, it is possible to play the content from the car's head unit on these headrest monitors, but you will need to purchase additional components to make the connection. The headrest monitors have various media inputs and outputs, including AV inputs. You can connect the AV output from the car's head unit to the AV input of the headrest monitors using the appropriate cables. This will allow you to have the same audio and video playing on both the head unit and the headrest monitors. Please refer to the wiring diagram in the user guide for proper connection of the wires.
