To connect your laptop to the Epson Brightlink 485WI WXGA LCD Projector, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your laptop and the projector are both powered off.
2. Locate the HDMI or VGA port on your laptop. If your laptop has an HDMI port, use an HDMI cable. If it has a VGA port, use a VGA cable.
3. Connect one end of the HDMI or VGA cable to the corresponding port on your laptop.
4. Locate the HDMI or VGA input port on the projector. It is usually labeled as "Computer" or "HDMI".
5. Connect the other end of the cable to the HDMI or VGA input port on the projector.
6. Power on your laptop and the projector.
7. On your laptop, press the appropriate key combination to switch the display output to the external monitor. This key combination is usually one of the function keys (F1, F2, etc.) along with the "Fn" key. Look for a key with a monitor icon or the text "CRT/LCD" on it.
8. The projector should now display the content from your laptop. If not, you may need to adjust the input source on the projector. Refer to the projector's user guide for instructions on selecting the correct input source.
