To connect your smartphone to the Pioneer STZ-D10Z-R Crew Steez Portable Music System, you can use either a wired or wireless connection.
1. Wired Connection:
a. Connect one end of the included audio cable to the LINE IN jack on the back of the music system.
b. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your smartphone.
c. Set the music system to the LINE IN mode by pressing the FUNCTION button repeatedly until "LINE IN" is displayed on the screen.
d. Adjust the volume on both your smartphone and the music system to the desired level.
2. Wireless Connection:
a. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
b. Press and hold the FUNCTION button on the music system until "BT PAIRING" is displayed on the screen.
c. On your smartphone, search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Pioneer STZ-D10Z-R" from the list.
d. If prompted, enter the PIN code "0000" to complete the pairing process.
e. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and "BT" will be displayed on the screen.
f. Adjust the volume on both your smartphone and the music system to the desired level.
