To connect your Infinity RS152 speakers to your amplifier or receiver, you will need a minimum #16-gauge speaker wire with polarity coding. The side of the wire with a ridge or other coding is usually considered positive polarity (+). Follow these steps:
1. Strip the insulation from the ends of the speaker wire to expose the bare wire.
2. Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the back of your amplifier or receiver.
3. Connect the positive (+) terminal on the amplifier/receiver to the corresponding positive (+) terminal on each speaker using the speaker wire. Ensure a secure connection.
4. Connect the negative (-) terminal on the amplifier/receiver to the corresponding negative (-) terminal on each speaker using the speaker wire. Again, ensure a secure connection.
5. Repeat the above steps for the other speaker in your stereo setup.
Refer to Figure 6 in the owner's manual for a visual representation of the wiring diagram. It is important to maintain proper polarity to ensure accurate sound reproduction.
