To connect your Infinity RC252 speakers to your amplifier or receiver, you will need to use speaker wire with polarity coding. The side of the wire with a ridge or other coding is usually considered positive polarity (+). Follow these steps:
1. Strip the ends of the speaker wire to expose the bare wire.
2. Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the back of your amplifier or receiver.
3. Connect the positive (+) terminal on the amplifier/receiver to the corresponding positive (+) terminal on each speaker using the speaker wire.
4. Connect the negative (-) terminal on the amplifier/receiver to the corresponding negative (-) terminal on each speaker using the speaker wire.
5. Ensure that the connections are secure and that the polarity is correct (positive to positive, negative to negative) to maintain proper phase alignment.
Refer to Figure 6 in the owner's manual for a visual representation of the wiring diagram. If you are unsure about the proper wire to use or need further assistance, consult your local Infinity dealer or refer to the owner's guides provided with your amplifier or receiver.
