To reset the Ready Hot Water Dispenser after a power outage, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the power is restored and the dispenser is plugged into a properly grounded electrical outlet.
2. Locate the thermostat control dial on the front of the dispenser. It should be in the OFF position (fully counterclockwise).
3. Turn the thermostat control dial to the ON position (fully clockwise).
4. Fill the tank with water by turning on the faucet and allowing water to flow into the tank for about 1 minute.
5. Wait for approximately 15 minutes for the water to heat up to the desired temperature.
6. Test the dispenser by turning on the faucet and checking if hot water is flowing properly.
