To adjust the recording settings on the Sony PCMD100 Portable High-Resolution Audio/Voice Recorder, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the recorder by sliding the POWER switch to the ON position.
2. Press the MENU button to enter the menu mode.
3. Use the UP or DOWN arrow buttons to navigate to the "REC SET" option and press the ENTER button.
4. In the "REC SET" menu, you can adjust various recording settings, such as recording format, bit depth, sampling rate, and input level.
