To charge the battery pack for the Retevis RB19P Radios Walkie Talkies, please follow these steps:
1. Before charging, make sure to power off the transceiver. Using the transceiver during charging may affect correct charging.
2. Connect the charger to a power source and plug the other end into the charging port on the radio.
3. The battery is not charged in the factory, so it is recommended to charge the battery under the environmental temperature of 5—40℃ before using.
4. If it is the first time charging the battery or if the battery has been stored for a long time (more than two months), it may not reach its saturation capacity. In this case, repeat charge/discharge for two or three times to make the battery capacity achieve the best state.
5. It is important not to overcharge the battery. If the battery has been charged fully, do not charge it again as it may shorten the service life or damage the battery.
6. If the battery power falls to a predetermined value during transmission, the transceiver will give out a low battery warning. When this happens, please charge the battery in time.
