To connect your Infinity subwoofer to your receiver, follow these steps:
1. Locate the subwoofer output on your receiver. It is usually labeled as "Subwoofer Out" or "LFE Out".
2. Use an audio interconnect cable (such as an RCA cable) to connect the subwoofer output on your receiver to the line input on your Infinity subwoofer. The line input on the subwoofer is typically labeled as "Line In" or "Sub In".
3. If your subwoofer has an input labeled "LFE", you can use that instead of the line input. In this case, make sure to set the Crossover Control on the subwoofer to "LFE".
4. Ensure that the power switch on the subwoofer is in the "Off" position before connecting the power cord.
5. Plug the power cord of the subwoofer into an active, unswitched electrical outlet.
6. Set the power switch on the subwoofer to the "On" position.
7. Turn on your receiver and play audio content that includes bass frequencies.
8. Adjust the volume of the subwoofer using the Level control on the subwoofer. Turn the xxxx clockwise to increase the volume and counterclockwise to decrease it. Find a balance that works well with the other speakers in your system.
