To mount the Yamaha NS-AW592 outdoor speakers, follow these steps:
1. Determine the desired location: Choose a suitable location for mounting the speakers, considering factors such as sound projection, aesthetics, and protection from the elements.
2. Prepare the mounting brackets: The speakers come with supplied mounting brackets that offer flexible installation options. Adjust the brackets according to your desired installation position.
3. Choose the mounting surface: Depending on your preference and the available options, you can mount the speakers on a wall, ceiling, or even the floor. Ensure that the mounting surface is sturdy and can support the weight of the speakers.
4. Attach the mounting brackets: Use screws or other appropriate hardware to securely attach the mounting brackets to the chosen surface. Make sure the brackets are level and properly aligned.
5. Connect the speakers: Once the brackets are securely mounted, place the speakers onto the brackets and align them properly. Use the provided rubber feet for desktop or bookshelf placement if desired.
6. Wiring: Connect the speaker wires to the weather-resistant 5-way binding post terminals on the back of the speakers. Ensure a secure connection to prevent any audio disruptions.
7. Test and adjust: After mounting the speakers and connecting the wires, test the audio output to ensure proper functionality. Adjust the speaker positioning and angle as needed to achieve the desired sound dispersion.
