To activate the iTrail GPS910, you need to sign up for a billing account and select a data subscription plan. Follow these steps:
1. Go to http://myitrail.com and click on "Activate Device."
2. Create a billing account and select a data subscription plan that suits your needs.
3. You will receive two separate email confirmations: one for your billing account and one with your tracking account credentials.
4. Charge the iTrail GPS910 for at least 6 hours before first use. The red power LED will blink while charging and stay constant when fully charged.
5. Disconnect the device from the charger and press the power button to turn it on.
6. Place the device on the dashboard of a car and drive for 20-30 minutes to ensure it registers on the satellite network. It needs a clear, unobstructed view of the sky to register and report its location.
