To connect the Cambridge MINXAIR100 Audio Minx Air 100 Speaker to your wireless network, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have a broadband internet connection and a wireless network set up in your home.
2. Connect the speaker to a power source using the provided power cord.
3. Press the power button on the top of the speaker to turn it on.
4. Wait for the LED on the rear panel of the speaker to start flashing green and orange. This indicates that the speaker is in pairing mode.
5. On your computer or mobile device, go to the Wi-Fi/network settings and select the network named "Air_XXX" (replace XXX with the specific model number of your speaker).
6. Open a web browser and enter "http://192.168.1.1/" in the address bar. This will load the setup page for the speaker.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the speaker to your wireless network. You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password if prompted.
8. After a few seconds, the LED on the rear panel of the speaker should turn solid green, indicating a successful connection to your network.
9. You can now stream music wirelessly to the speaker from any device on your network that supports AirPlay or Bluetooth.
Note: If you have a router that supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), you can also use the WPS button on the rear panel of the speaker to simplify the connection process. Consult your router's instructions for details on how to use WPS.
