To switch between different frequency ranges on the Flysight 5.8Ghz Watch Racing Band, you can follow these steps:
1. Long press the "CH" button on the watch to switch between frequency ranges A, B, E, F, and R.
2. Short press the "CH" button to switch between specific channels within the selected frequency range. The available channels are numbered 1 to 8.
By using these buttons, you can easily navigate through the different frequency ranges and channels to find the desired FPV video feed.
