To charge the Yuntab1 Heart Rate Monitor Fitness, you will need to use the provided charge cable. Connect one end of the cable to the charging port on the device and the other end to a power source, such as a USB port on your computer or a wall adapter. The device should start charging automatically. It is recommended to charge the device for about 30 minutes before using it for the first time. Please refer to the English Manual for more detailed instructions on charging the device.
