To charge the ANCwear F07 Smart Watch Fitness Tracker, follow these steps:
1. Remove the band from the smartwatch.
2. Insert the USB side of the wireless charger into a standard USB port.
3. Connect the charging pins on the charger to the corresponding pins on the back of the smartwatch.
4. The smartwatch will display a lightning bolt symbol on its face, indicating that it is charging.
5. Leave the smartwatch connected to the charger for 1-2 hours to fully charge it.
6. Once fully charged, you can disconnect the charger from the smartwatch and reattach the band.
