To charge the battery for the Retevis RB19 Portable FRS 2-Way Radios, please follow these steps:
1. Before charging, make sure to power off the transceiver. Using the transceiver during charging may affect correct charging.
2. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the radio.
3. Plug the other end of the charging cable into a power source, such as a wall outlet or a USB port on a computer.
4. The battery is not charged in the factory, so it is recommended to charge the battery before using the radios. The charging temperature should be between 5℃ and 40℃.
5. During charging, the power display on the radio will indicate the charging status. Once the battery is fully charged, please do not charge it again to avoid shortening the battery's service life or causing damage.
Note: If the battery has been charged fully and the service time is significantly reduced even after correct charging, it may indicate that the battery needs to be replaced with a new one.
