To install the Pure Resonance Audio VCA8 Vector Ceiling Speaker, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Preparation:
- Remove the speaker from the box and packaging.
- Remove the ceiling tile from the grid where you wish to install the speaker.
- Pull all needed wires.
- Set the 70 volt/8 ohm tap selector: Use the transformer switch to match the input voltage specified by the system designer.
- Adjust the transformer "tap" setting according to the level specified by the system designer.
2. Termination:
- Connect all wires.
3. Installation:
- Connect the safety cables.
- Angle the speaker to fit into the ceiling and place the speaker driver side down into the tile.
