To change the weighing mode on the Edlund DFG-160 Digital Portion Control Scale, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the scale by depressing the "on/tare" switch.
2. The scale readout will show all 8's for approximately 5 seconds and then the zero reading.
3. Press the "Mode/Cal" button momentarily to change the units of measure.
4. The display will show either "oz" for ounces or "g" for grams, depending on the selected mode.
5. A black arrow will appear next to the selected unit of measure on the decal.
6. Repeat step 3 to switch between ounces and grams as needed.
Note: The scale can display units in decimals, fractions, and grams, as mentioned in the product introduction. The selected weighing mode will determine the unit of measure displayed on the scale.
