To change the unit of measure on the American Weigh Scales Peachtree GS-150 Digital Bathroom Scale, follow these steps:
1. Locate the UNIT key on the bottom of the scale.
2. Press the UNIT key to cycle through the available units of measure.
3. The scale can display weight in kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), or UK stone and pounds (st:lb).
4. Keep pressing the UNIT key until you reach the desired unit of measure.
5. Once you have selected the unit of measure, the scale will remember your preference even if it is turned off and on again.
Please note that the scale does not have a backlight in the LCD display, so make sure you have proper lighting to read the weight measurement. Additionally, the scale cannot measure small amounts such as 7 pounds, and its maximum capacity is 30 pounds. If you encounter any issues with the scale, such as it not working or displaying error codes, refer to the user guide for troubleshooting steps or consider replacing the batteries if they are low.
