To change the unit of measurement on the MasterChef 525489 Mini Electronic Scale Food, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned on and placed on a hard and flat surface.
2. Press and hold the M-Swirl logo in the middle of the scale for about 2 seconds.
3. The LCD display will show the current unit of measurement (e.g., g, kg, oz, lb oz).
4. Touch the "UNIT" key to cycle through the available units until you reach the desired unit (in this case, grams).
5. Once the desired unit is displayed on the LCD, release the "UNIT" key.
6. The scale will now weigh and display the measurements in the selected unit (grams).
