To change the unit of measurement on the Ozeri ZK14-S Pronto Digital Multifunction Kitchen Food Scale, simply press the unit button located on the scale. This button allows you to switch between ounces (oz.), pounds (lbs.), grams (g), and milliliters (ml). The scale will remember the unit of measurement you last selected each time it is turned on. Please note that the milliliter measurement is an approximation of fluid measure and assumes that you are measuring a liquid such as water or oil, and not a powder or thick emulsion.
