To calibrate the My Life My Shop MM40178-2300 Digital Body Scale, follow these steps:
1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the scale and insert 3 fresh AAA batteries. Make sure to note the correct position of the positive (+) and negative (-) battery terminals.
2. The LCD display will fully display for 5 seconds and then turn off.
3. To activate calibration, tap the center of the scale once and then release. When "0.0" is displayed on the LCD, the calibration is complete.
Note: If you need to re-insert or replace the batteries, please follow the above steps to activate calibration again.
