The Etekcity EK6314 Food Kitchen Scale is designed to self-adjust and does not require manual calibration. When you turn on the scale, it will automatically adjust to zero. This ensures accurate measurements for your ingredients. If you have any concerns about the scale's accuracy, you can perform a simple test using a known weight, such as a standard 500g weight. Place the weight on the scale and check if it displays the correct weight.
