To change the unit of measure on the EMOS EV027 Digital Kitchen Scales, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scales are turned on by pressing the ON/TARE button.
2. Wait for the 0 symbol to appear on the LCD screen.
3. Press the UNIT button repeatedly to cycle through the available weight units.
4. The weight units available are: grams (g), milliliters for water (ml), milliliters for milk (ml), ounces (oz), pounds (lb), troy ounces (tl), and kilograms (kg).
5. Stop pressing the UNIT button when you reach the desired weight unit.
6. The LCD screen will now display the weight in the selected unit of measure.
