To change the unit of measurement on the Joycare jc-413 Scale Weighs Luggage, follow these steps:
1. Press the power button on the scale.
2. When the display shows 'HI', press the power button again.
3. The unit of measurement will switch between kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb).
4. Keep pressing the power button until you reach the desired unit of measurement.
5. Once you have selected the desired unit, the scale will display the weight in that unit.
