Sure! Here is a step-by-step guide on how to install the Kingslim DL12 Pro 4K Mirror Dash Cam in your car:
1. Insert the memory card: Use a Class 10 or above memory card (not included) and insert it into the dash cam. Format the card in the camera before using it.
2. Install the mirror dash cam: Mount the DL12 Pro over the original rearview mirror of your car using the provided strap. Adjust the angle of the front camera as needed.
3. Connect the power cable: Connect the USB power cable to the USB power port of the DL12 Pro Dash Cam. Then, plug the car charger into the cigarette lighter of your car.
4. Connect the GPS module: Attach the GPS module to the dash cam and secure it to the A-Pillar of your car.
5. Install the rear camera: Connect the rear camera with the extension cable into the DL12 Pro Dash Cam to check if it works properly.
6. Choose the installation position: There are two options for installing the rear camera. Position 1 is on the rear windshield for live stream rear view only. Position 2 is near the license plate for both rear viewing and reversing guide. Choose the position that suits your needs.
7. Hide the cables: Use the pry tool to hide the cables for a neat installation.
