To set up and pair your POLAR Vantage M2 OHR Smartwatch Band with your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your smartphone meets the compatibility requirements mentioned in the user manual.
2. Download and install the Polar Flow app on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Open the Polar Flow app and create a Polar account if you don't have one already. If you have an existing Polar account, log in to it.
4. On your POLAR Vantage M2 OHR Smartwatch Band, go to Settings > Pair and sync > Pair.
5. On your smartphone, open the Bluetooth settings and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
