To set up and pair your Garmin Venu Sq GPS Smartwatch with your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your smartphone is compatible with the Garmin Connect app. You can check the compatibility on the Garmin website.
2. Download and install the Garmin Connect app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
3. Open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone and create a Garmin Connect account if you don't have one already.
4. On your Garmin Venu Sq Smartwatch, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Settings icon.
5. Tap Phone > Pair Phone.
6. On your smartphone, open the Bluetooth settings and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
7. In the Garmin Connect app, tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner and select Garmin Devices.
8. Tap the "+" icon in the top-right corner and select Add Device.
