To change the unit of weight on the CAS SW-50D Food Service Scale, follow these steps:
1. Press the UNIT key on the display.
2. The display will show the "Unit" for a second.
3. Press the UNIT key repeatedly until the display shows the unit that you wish to use (grams, kilograms, pounds, or ounces).
4. Once you have selected the desired unit, the scale will weigh in that unit.
