To set the temperature on the Star 75CE Table Top King Grill with Electronic Controls, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the grill is plugged into a power source and turned on.
2. Locate the electronic controls on the grill. These controls allow you to set the temperature for cooking and holding.
3. Use the buttons or knobs on the electronic controls to adjust the temperature. The temperature range for cooking is 145°F to 220°F, while the holding range is 145°F to 190°F.
4. Once you have set the desired temperature, the LED display will show the current temperature reading of the grilled food.
5. Allow the grill to preheat to the set temperature before placing your food on the rollers.
