To adjust the sensitivity settings on the Humminbird Helix-12 Fish Finder, follow these steps:
1. Press the MENU button to access the main menu.
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the Sonar tab and press the RIGHT arrow key.
3. Select Sensitivity by pressing the DOWN arrow key.
4. Use the RIGHT or LEFT arrow keys to increase or decrease the sensitivity level.
5. Press the EXIT button to save your changes and exit the menu.
The sensitivity setting determines how much detail the fish finder displays. Higher sensitivity levels can detect smaller targets but may also show more clutter and noise. Lower sensitivity levels reduce clutter but may miss smaller targets. It is recommended to adjust the sensitivity based on the fishing conditions and the type of fish you are targeting.
For more detailed information and additional settings related to sensitivity, refer to the Operations Manual provided for the Humminbird Helix-12 Fish Finder.
