To pair your Garmin Drivetrack 71 with a compatible dog tracking device, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that both the Drivetrack 71 and the dog tracking device are powered on and within range of each other.
2. On the Drivetrack 71, tap the "Menu" button on the home screen.
3. Select "Settings" from the menu options.
4. Scroll down and tap on "Dog Tracking."
5. Tap on "Add Dog Device" to start the pairing process.
6. On the dog tracking device, put it into pairing mode according to its user manual.
7. On the Drivetrack 71, tap "Search for Devices" to search for the dog tracking device.
8. Once the dog tracking device is found, tap on it to select it.
9. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
10. Once the pairing is successful, the dog tracking device will be connected to the Drivetrack 71, and you will be able to view and track your dog's location on the device.
