To clean the Marietta MHP-767C Reliable Robust Smoothie Blender, follow these steps:
1. After each use, unplug the blender and wipe it down with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residue or spills.
2. For a deeper clean, combine equal amounts of water and baking soda in the blender jar. Run the blender for a brief period to allow the solution to clean the jar thoroughly.
3. Empty the solution from the blender and rinse the jar with warm water.
4. Add a small amount of dish soap to the jar and fill it halfway with warm water.
5. Place the lid on the jar and secure it tightly.
6. Turn on the blender and let it run for a few seconds to agitate the soapy water and clean the blades and jar.
7. Empty the soapy water from the jar and rinse it thoroughly with warm water to remove any soap residue.
8. Dry the blender jar and lid completely before storing or using it again.
Note: Avoid using a hose or high water pressure to clean the blender, as it can damage the motor. Also, never immerse the base of the blender in water or any other liquid.
