To switch the unit of measurement on the SOONALL Electronic Kitchen Scale, simply press the "T" key. This will allow you to switch between different units such as grams (g), grains (gn), ounces (oz.), troy ounces (ozt), pennyweights (dwt), and carats (ct) without the need for conversion.
