Yes, you can use the Pyle PLHRDVD103 Universal Car Headrest Mount Monitor both inside and outside of the car. However, please note that this device is not weather- or water-resistant, so it should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. Additionally, it requires a 12V DC power source, so you will need to have access to a power outlet or use the included cigarette lighter power cable for power supply.
