To connect the Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones to your phone via Bluetooth, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the headphones by sliding the power button to the ON position.
2. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
3. On the headphones, press and hold the power button for about 7 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator starts flashing blue.
4. On your phone, search for available Bluetooth devices and select "WH-1000XM4" from the list.
5. If prompted, enter the passcode "0000" to pair the headphones with your phone.
6. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator on the headphones will turn solid blue.
