To adjust the crossover frequency on the Rockford Fosgate P300-10 Watt Amplified Subwoofer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the crossover adjustment xxxx on the amplifier. It is labeled with a range of frequencies from 50Hz to 200Hz.
2. Turn the crossover adjustment xxxx all the way down (counterclockwise) to the lowest frequency setting.
3. Play audio through the system and gradually turn the crossover adjustment xxxx up (clockwise) until you achieve the desired crossover point. The crossover frequency can be set anywhere within the range of 50Hz to 200Hz.
4. Listen to the system and adjust the crossover frequency to your preference. Higher crossover frequencies will allow more mid-range frequencies to be sent to the subwoofer, while lower crossover frequencies will limit the subwoofer to primarily low-frequency bass.
Note: It is recommended to start with the crossover adjustment xxxx set to a lower frequency and gradually increase it while listening to the audio to find the optimal balance for your specific setup and preferences.
