To change the unit of measurement on the TRUDIN BT-1207 Food Kitchen Digital Scale, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned on.
2. Press the [UNIT] or [MODE] button on the scale.
3. Keep pressing the [UNIT] or [MODE] button until you find the desired unit of measurement.
4. The scale can switch between units such as ounces (oz), pounds (lb), grams (g), kilograms (kg), and milliliters (ml).
