To change the unit of measurement on the JHSCALE S005 Electronic Food Scale 500g, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned on and displays "0.0".
2. Press the "MODE" button. This will cycle through the available units of measurement.
3. Keep pressing the "MODE" button until the desired unit of measurement (in this case, ounces) is displayed on the screen.
4. Once the desired unit of measurement is displayed, the scale is now set to measure in ounces.
